How can I return a product?

When will I get my money back?]

As soon as we have received your order, we will refund the money within 14 days.

 

What is your delivery time and how much are the shipping costs?

We ship in the Netherlands and Belgium within 1 day, this means that you should receive the order within 1-2 days (Sundays and holidays excluded). For the rest of Europe, a delivery time of 1 to a maximum of 5 days applies. Because the shipping costs and delivery time differ per country, we have specified return and shipping at the bottom of the page.

 

With which postal company do you ship the parcels?

We ship the packages with DHL & DPD, which differs per country. In most cases you can also choose a pick-up location in your area. Who we ship with may differ per country. Do you want to know who we ship with in your country? This information can be found at the bottom of the return and shipping page.

 

I have a question / tip / complaint / love letter how can I contact you?

By emailing [email protected] you will get in touch with us. We will answer your question within 3 working days. Tip: be as complete / specific as possible!

 

My order is defective what should I do?

Please contact [email protected] and include your order number and a photo of the defective product. Note: do this within 14 days of receiving the product, after this period we can unfortunately no longer respond to your report.
